What did you enjoy most about your STRONGCAMP weekend?
Being surrounded by women who prioritize health and fitness. Each woman there made a decision to dedicate her weekend to pushing herself mentally and physically, the vibe was thriving!
Did you discover anything new about yourself while at camp?
I learned self-defence moves that could actually hurt a larger attacker, I never thought I had the strength to fight back. Practicing the defence techniques was empowering.
Did you have a favorite workout or seminar at STRONGCAMP New England?
Hard to pick a favorite, but kicking the weekend off with intense circuit training, including exercises I’ve never done in an environment filled with positive energy, was amazing!
