What did you enjoy most about your STRONGCAMP weekend?
I really enjoyed fitness workouts the most because I just felt better about myself mentally (happy, energized) and physically (strong). I also appreciated the sharing circle. We were all given the opportunity to open up about the meaning of strong and sharing personal experiences in a nonjudgmental and loving environment.
How would you describe your experience at STRONGCAMP to a friend that has never been?
It’s awesome! STRONGCAMP was a full day of fun activities that was geared towards teens. Participating with amazing girls who enjoy sports like I do and having a professional photographer capturing this special moment was really a wonderful experience.
Did you have a favorite workout or seminar at STRONGCAMP Barrie?
My favorite workout was Pound fitness, it was a great way to sweat it out and have fun. Although I really like working out, I also loved the seminar about social media (understanding how it plays a big role in teen culture today and how it can impact us in a positive but also a negative way).
