Below is a general itinerary of the weekend’s events. Detailed itineraries will be emailed directly to attendees roughly 2 weeks prior to the event.
SATURDAY: The morning kicks off with a break out session where you get to meet all your fellow STRONGCAMP sisters for the weekend. During this time, you will be getting your complimentary black STRONG Tank top to wear for the day of pictures. Once done, we’ll be jumping into an intense bootcamp-style circuit workout. This workout will be tough – but just work hard and have fun. If needed, you can adjust exercises as you see fit to suit your fitness level or account for injuries. Once we complete the workout, we’ll be getting together for the STRONGCAMP Group photo.
Later, you will learn new techniques and information to help you improve your training and nutrition. Your Ambassador or guest speaker will be available to answer your questions on training, nutrition and more.
SUNDAY: A yoga practice, led by a local yoga instructor, usually begins the day. Other Sunday activities may include hiking, boxing, and/or more workouts and seminars.
