Below is a general itinerary of the weekend’s events. Detailed itineraries will be emailed directly to attendees roughly 4 weeks prior to the event.
FRIDAY EVENING: Meet up with your host and your fellow STRONGCAMP attendees at a local restaurant or hotel facility for dinner and drinks. This is an opportunity for you to break the ice and get to know everyone.
SATURDAY: The morning kicks off with an intense bootcamp-style circuit workout. This workout will be tough – but just work hard and have fun. If needed, you can adjust exercises as you see fit to suit your fitness level or account for injuries.
Later, you will learn new techniques and information to help you improve your training and nutrition. Your Ambassador or guest speaker will be available to answer your questions on training, nutrition and more.
SUNDAY: A yoga practice, led by a local yoga instructor, usually begins the day. Other Sunday activities may include hiking, boxing, and/or more workouts and seminars.
