Jaclyn Phillips

Jac is a Registered Yoga Teacher 300Hr, personal trainer, nutrition coach, group fitness instructor and movement expert. She’s also the trainer/writer for the Quickie workouts and is on the Advisory Board for STRONG Fitness Magazine. As an ACTRA Stunt Woman, CPA National Bikini Champion, cover model and working fitness model, Jac knows the extremes in the fitness industry and the pressures women face in society. She is dedicated to helping these women achieve their goals without sacrificing integrity of their spirit or the sport in which they choose to pursue. She is on a mission to destroy diet culture and help women find their STRONG through sustainable healthy habits over quick fix solutions!
