Jayme is a fit mother of two, and an Independent certified personal trainer. She describes herself as an introvert that is constantly finding new ways to express herself, which many times has manifested through fitness and athleticism. She spent 12 years in the medical field, and found herself looking for a change. She made the decision to invest in her passion for health and wellness, and a decade later, she describes her new career in fitness not as a job, but as her life’s work. “I live each day hoping to impact, motivate, educate, and encourage others on their wellness journey,” she says. “This is my purpose.”
Jayme has focused many years of dedication to running and distance training, and says she truly found her own confidence in training after completing a marathon. Jayme’s real expertise lies in conducting bootcamp, HIIT, strength-training, plyometrics, and agility classes. She’s got years of teaching experience under her belt, and runs her own training business, JB Fitness, where she specializes in one-on-one training and creates personalized training plans. Currently, she is working to build her online presence by launching her website.
