Jenn Nolte is a healthcare professional, fitness expert, and busy mom of 3. She holds multiple certifications and specializes in personal training, Pilates, yoga, functional fitness, and corrective exercise to prevent injuries. Jen also runs an online coaching and training business. Since 2010, she has been coaching clients and facilitating their self-growth through fitness, nutrition and mindset coaching.

Personal development and pouring belief into others are just some of her passions. She strives to help others reach their full potential by being more intentional and aligning their body and soul to achieve better health and well-being. She believes all people deserve to feel good in their own skin. Jenn inspires to motivate and encourage more women to be confident and pursue their passions with all their heart and soul.
