Jodi Mehan is a fitness expert and entrepreneur who believes she was born to inspire people to their greatest potential. She is a wife and mother of two daughters, a business owner, Fitness competitor, and Figure pro twice over. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology with a concentration in Fitness and Cardiac Rehabilitation. She has been certified by the American College of Sports Medicine, ACE, and AFAA, and has various certifications in group exercise and personal training.
Her journey started in a hospital setting as the Director of Wellness. But her passion for more vigorous training later in life prompted her to open her fitness studio, Challenge by Choice Training. At CBC, she runs programming on lifestyle behavior change and sets a higher standard in accountability for her clients. She has created a unique community atmosphere among her trainees that keeps them coming back and feeling a part of something greater.
Fitness, to Jodi, is mind, body, and spirit, and she works hard to incorporate all three aspects in her training. Her clients often engage in monthly challenges and races that keep them growing in all areas of their lives. Strength is so much more than just physical, and she empowers youth in her community with camps focused on improving self-esteem and understanding self-care for young girls.
Jodi is always looking to find new ways to motivate, challenge, and inspire people to unleash the amazing potential she sees in every individual.
“Our greatness, our ‘big self,’ is meant to be discovered…..I love being a part of someone’s journey to find it!”
