As an athlete in her younger years, Renada took part in everything from Cross Country running to Rep League Baseball, to Cheerleading and Rugby. Upon entering college though, her passion for fitness was put on hold. It wasn’t until years later in 2011 after losing her father to a battle with cancer, that she made fitness a priority in her life again. She decided she wanted to make her father proud, and become the healthiest, fittest, most successful version of herself possible. With that, Renada got back in the gym and turned her life around. She knew at that point that she wanted to help others change their lives as well.
Renada trained to become a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, strength and conditioning coach, and a fitness competition prep coach. She helps both men and women on their fitness journey to develop new, sustainable habits that last a lifetime. Renada prides herself on not just being a coach to her clients, but also a friend and trusted support system, helping them with everything from training and nutrition, to breaking bad habits and developing willpower. She believes that a healthy lifestyle extends further than working out and eating well—it means becoming the best version of yourself possible.
As a coach, she doesn’t just talk the talk. She is a Bikini competitor with the ABBA, as well as a competitive powerlifter, rugby player, and author of a healthy lifestyle blog. As a fitness writer, she covers topics such as recipes, workouts, science-based information on nutrition, supplements, reducing stress, and much more.
When training her clients, Renada says they can expect a workout, an education, and a laugh. She believes that fitness should be fun, and that smashing your goals shouldn’t be a stressful thing, but an awesome journey filled with fantastic experiences.
