What should you expect from your experience at STRONGCAMP?
STRONGCAMP is brought to you by passionate fitness professionals, offering an informed perspective on training, nutrition, and wellness. Each camp is hosted by a STRONGCAMP Ambassador who is a certified and experienced member of the industry. All fitness levels are welcome – you do not need to be an athlete or a competitor.
- STRONGCAMP takes place Saturday and Sunday.
The morning kicks off with a break out session where you get to meet your fellow STRONGCAMP sisters for the weekend. During this time, you will receive your complimentary STRONG tank top and cap. Once done, you’ll jump into fun and challenging workouts meant to get you moving and work your body. If needed, you can adjust exercises as necessary to suit your fitness level or account for injuries. Once the workout is completed, you’ll get together for the STRONGCAMP group photo.
Seminars will educate you and make you aware of new techniques and information to improve your training and nutrition. This is your chance to ask experts any questions you may have.
A portion of the weekend will focus on wellness. During this segment, you will be guided through yoga practice which will allow you to reflect and focus on your body.
There will be many opportunities to talk and share with the other attendees. Every woman attending STRONGCAMP has a unique past and aspirations for the future. Each of them has a story. We encourage you to share your story and make connections. Many of the woman who meet at camp continue to be friends to this day.
